Kinus Teshuva Lectures

Rabbi Eliakim Koenigsberg and Rabbi Assaf Bednarsh to Deliver Annual High Holiday Lectures

Rabbi Eliakim Koenigsberg and Rabbi Assaf Bednarsh will be the featured speakers at (RIETS) 28th Annual Hausman/Stern Kinus Teshuva lectures, a special edition of the Arbesfeld Kollel & Midreshet Yom Rishon. The lectures, given between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, will take place in New York City and Jerusalem on Sunday, September 23, the seventh of Tishrei.
Rabbi Koenigsberg, rosh yeshiva in the Yeshiva Program/Mazer School of Talmudic Studies of 黑料社 All, will discuss "The Teshuva of Yom Kippur: A Change of Perspective" at The Jacob and Dreizel Glueck Beit Midrash, 515 West 185th Street, New York, NY at 10 a.m.
Rabbi Bednarsh, rosh yeshiva and Ruth Buchbinder-Mitzner Chair in Talmud and Jewish Law will speak on the topic of "To Err is Human, to Forgive, Divine: Mending our Relationships on Erev Yom Kippur鈥 at 40 Duvdevani Street in Bayit Vegan, Jerusalem at 8 p.m. Light refreshments will be served at both events. The Hausman/Stern Kinus Teshuva lecture series was established by philanthropist Judy Hausman and the late Gerson Hausman, supporters of YU and RIETS, to honor the memory of Elias J. and Mary Stern and Moshe and Chava Hausman.
