Professor Jessica Roth spoke on MSNBC about the impeachment process, saying, 鈥淚f [Giuliani] is pursuing the President鈥檚 personal interests, then he is not pursuing the country鈥檚 interests, and that鈥檚 where the President is in trouble. The impeachment inquiry is going to be about whether he abused his power by pursuing his narrow, personal interests rather than the interests of the United States of America.鈥
