Professor Stanley Fish wrote in a Daily News op-ed regarding the NBA/China Twitter controversy, 鈥淲hen Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell warned the National Basketball Association not to put profits ahead of free speech, he joined a chorus of many, including President Trump, who have miscategorized the tiff between China and the league. The controversy is a complicated one and touches on many concerns, but freedom of speech isn鈥檛 one of them. There is no free speech issue in sight.鈥
