Dr. Chaim Nissel, director of YU's Counseling Center and associate dean of students for health affairs, has been named to the board of 鈥淓lijah鈥檚 Journey,鈥 a grassroots organization started to educate the Jewish community about mental health and suicide prevention. Elijah鈥檚 Journey recently partnered with and for an evening devoted to Suicide Prevention in The Jewish Community on February 8. The event also included a discussion moderated by Dr. Nissel titled "Helping a friend in need".
